SWG Learning is based on a collaborative team of industry partners in training, facilitation coaching, instructional design and Virtual Learning. Sean Grey is the founder and principle consultant and leads the SWG Learning commitment to building effective long term relationships, performance growth and communication excellent to our clients. Sean is responsible for the strategic management, customer relationship management and business solutions development for the business. Together with business partners in learning design and virtual delivery SWG Learning provides solutions on multiple platforms.
Sean is an accomplished speaker, trainer, learning designer, presenter and facilitator who has worked with hundreds of people to help them develop capability to connect strategy directions, culture change and individual performance.
Sean is passionate about enabling clients in achieving and sustaining performance objectives through developing and delivering programs to engage and motivate individuals and business workforces.
Prior to founding SWG Learning, Sean achieved great success over a fifteen year period in retail marketing, advertising, banking, sales and customer service management through various organisations in the Pacific region.
Sean holds a Bachelor degree of Business, specialising in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology, Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and post-graduate qualifications in Adult Learning & Development from Griffith University. Sean holds AFSL Tier II accreditation and industry recognised qualifications in Financial Planning. Sean also holds gloabal accreditation in Virtual Facilitation and production of synchronous learning based virtual classrooms and meetings. Sean is an accredited IECL Level Two Organisational Coach and accredited in MBTI, DiSC and TMS Profile and Assessment tools.
Sean is kept busy with his family and enjoys active involvement in Taekwon Do and piano classes with his son, being involved with local community groups, outdoor activities and sponsoring various charities including Childfund Australia, Mater Childrens Hospital. He also assists his wife with various fundraising activities for the Australian National Breast Cancer Foundation.
